This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on products purchased from Bloomera. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Our period underwear is an intimate hygiene product designed for personal use. For health and safety reasons, once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened or unused.

We recommend carefully reviewing the product details, size guide, and care instructions before placing your order.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

While we don't accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement:

  • Items received with manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from your order

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  1. Order number and item details
  2. Clear photos of the damaged/defective item

    Include photos showing the defect, damage, or issue from multiple angles

  3. Description of the issue

    Explain what is wrong with the product

Resolution Process

Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost (subject to availability)
  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method
  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit for the full amount plus 10% as a goodwill gesture

Refund Timeframe

For approved refund cases (damaged or defective items only), the refund process follows this timeline:

  • Claim Review: 1-2 business days after submission
  • Refund Processing: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by payment method)

Please note that the total refund process may take up to 10-15 business days from claim approval.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
  • UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to the original account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet

Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery, so all refunds are processed electronically.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it without any penalty for a full refund.

After 1 hour, if the order has not been processed for shipping, you may still request cancellation by contacting our customer service team immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
